Lanie Buice is a 19-year-old race car driver from Jackson, Georgia. She began her racing career at just 10 years old in go-karts. In 2020, she moved into Legend cars, where she won races and competed for multiple championships. Without coming from a racing family, Lanie never imagined her dream of driving in NASCAR would one day become a reality.

In 2023, Lanie transitioned to competing in Late Model Stocks at Florence Motor Speedway in Florence, South Carolina. She finished second in championship points that season and earned the South Carolina Rookie of the Year award.

Later that year, she participated in NASCAR’s Driver Development Combine with Rev Racing and was selected to join the team for the 2024 season. She competed in Late Models with Rev Racing and earned an opportunity to race part-time in the ARCA Menards Series beginning in 2025.

During the 2025 season, Lanie competed in five ARCA events, securing three top-10 finishes. She also ran a full-time CARS Tour Late Model Stock schedule with Lee Pulliam Performance, earning three top-five qualifying positions and two top-five finishes throughout the season.

At the end of 2025, she made her road course debut in the Trans Am TA2 Series, competing at Virginia International Raceway and Circuit of the Americas (COTA), which were her first full-size car road course events.

Building on her experience, Lanie expanded her program for 2026. She is part of the Chevrolet Driver Development Program, which has provided resources to help continue her development as a driver. In 2026, she is competing full-time in the Trans Am TA2 Series with TeamSLR, part-time in the ARCA Menards Series with Pinnacle Racing Group in the No. 77, and part-time in local Late Model competition with Chad Bryant Racing.

Lanie continues to grow as a driver and is grateful for the support of her teams, partners, and sponsors. She looks forward to continuing to gain experience and compete throughout the 2026 season.
